Jeff leads a division of Material that integrates Deep Human Insights, Integrated Brand & marketing services, and Experience & Technology. Jeff is an expert researcher with a breadth and depth of experience, from highly strategic studies (marketing campaign efficacy, brand equity tracking, market segmentation, customer journey, foresights) to more tactical ones (new product testing, ad/concept tests). His experience spans industries across B2C and B2B, including healthcare, QSR, tech, CPG, hospitality, finance, retail and associations / non-profit.
